Bill Heugel is a fly tyer and fly fisherman from Toledo Bend (TX). He is well known for his easy to tie Bass flys, but is also known for his intricate deer hair flys. He has taught many fly tiers and has been recognized by the FFF for his efforts.

In this video, he demonstrates tying his Spooky Shad, a topwater fly he uses effectively for bass on Toledo Bend Reservoir.
